It's called Ollier Klippel Trenaunay Syndrome, Klippel Trenaunay Weber Syndrome, Parkes Weber Syndrome, etc. The parenthesis mean that that word is sometimes used in the disorder's name - words not in parenthesis are almost always used in the name (if there is a version of the name that doesn't use those "always used" words, like Parkes Weber Syndrome, it will be listed separately after the name).
